So early detection and treatment with the use of tumor markers is very important to improve the patient's outcome . The presence of DHCR24 in hepatocytes indicated tumorigenicity . A monoclonal antibody on a genome - wide scale against an HCV - expressing human hepatoblastoma - derived cell lin was generated ( DHCR24 monoclonal antibody )
