<br/><br/> The present study: Severly resorbed alveolar ridge can be successfully and predictably rehabilitated using ridge expansion osteotomy (REO) technique combined with suitable size im[lant and B tricalcium phosphate as a bone grafts.The result showed increase in the alveolar ridge width by about 3mm . This facilitates the use of a bigger diameter endosseous implants . It was recommended that osteotome technique could be used in sites where the bone is atrophied
