<br/><br/> The present study was conducted to compare the clinical success of immediately loaded self - tapping maxi Z one - piece implant when placed using two different procedures for osteotomy preparation by using osteotomes (Gauld's technique) or conventional hand - piece drills . Twenty implants were included in this stdy . The implants were installed in healed bony sites of the premolars area of the maxillary arch of nine patients
