<br/><br/> To determine if maternal obesity affects the accuracy of ultrasound fetal weight estimation .75 singleton pregnancies underwent sonographic ( Hadlock ) fetal weight estimation within 7 days of delivery . Patients were stratified into three different groups based on increasing maternal body mass index ( BMI ) : normal weight (19.8 - 26), overwieght ( 26.1 - 29.0 ) and obese ( more than 29.0 )
