<br/><br/> This study was conducted to study the response of Egyptian buffalo to protected fat addition (300g / head / day) and / or injection of vitamins AD₃ E mixture equivalent to the daily requirement of these vitamins on some productive and reproductive responses . A total of sixteen multiparous Egyptian buffaloes were equally divided into 4 symetric groups according to parity body weight previous days open and milk yield of the first 100 day of the previous lactation
