<br/><br/> The study was conducted on ten completely edentulous males to evaluate the effect of immediate versus delayed loading of two interforaminal implants under mandibular overdenture splinted with a perfabricated bar . Radiographic measurements were performed at time of loading them at three, six, nine and twelve months after loading to evaluate the marginal bone height and density mesial and distal to the implants
