<br/><br/> Derivative, derivative ratio spectrophotometric methods were applied for determination of cephapirin sodium and its alkaline degradation product and spectrofluorimetric methods for its analysis alone while cefprozil monohyadrate could be determined either alone by spectrophotometric, spectrofluorimetric methods or in presence and with its alkaline degradation product by derivative ratio and PHLC methods also derivative ratio spectrophotometric and PHLC methods were applied for assay cefipime hydrochloride in presence of its alkaline degradation product while could be estimated alone by spectrophotometric methods
