<br/><br/> As no vaccine is available against mycoplasma in Egypt, so the study tries to prepare vaccine able to protect against M. bovis and M. boivgenitalium. The investigation prepares two types of vaccines (saponised and formalized vaccines). These vaccines experimentally injected in rabbits then challenged with virulent strain of M. bovis and M. bovigenitalium
