This study was carried out to evaluate the effects of unpeeled lentil seeds (legume), apple (fruit) and parsley (vegetable) in semi-modified diets on lipid fraction of hyperlipidemic and hypocholesterolemic male albino rats. The investigation was done with semi-modified diets of unpeeled lentil seeds, dried apple and dried parsley as well as their mixtures (I:I:I) to evaluate their effects as hypolipidemic agents which amounted 10% of the diets at the expense of starch
