<br/><br/> The aim of the present study is to evaluate the closed sinus lift technique with using hydroxy apatite Fisiograft (gel composition + powder composition) as grafting materials with simultaneous implantation . The current study comprised 12 fixtures screwplant of spectra in 11 patients . The implants were inserted instead of upper first molar in 8 cases and instead of second molar in 4 cases . The fixtures diameter was 4.7 mm and length was 10 m for all cases . Density changes in the peri- implant bone was determined by drawing 2 straight lines parallel to the implant and 2 mm away from the implant and one the mesial aspect and the other line on the distal aspect
