<br/><br/> A total of twenty - nine cycling buffalo heifers were used to study the effect of different estrous synchronization programs on reproductive performance and select the most efficient one with satisfactory fertility . The results revealed that estrous response is more obvious on using heatsynch [ (GnRH(Day 0) - PGF₂Ü (Day 7) - GnRH (Day 9)] than ovsynch [ (GnRH(Day 0) - PGF₂Ü (Day 7) - GnRH (Day 9)] , protocol
