<br/><br/> This study was conducted to evaluate the efficiency of the predator cryptolaemus montrouzieri mulsant in the open field and laboratory . All biological studies have been conducted in Mass Rearing Unit Faculty of Agriculture Cairo University under optimum temperature of 27±  2 C and a relative humidity of 60 - 70 % data obtained show that the different preys used did not significantly affect the incubation period
