<br/><br/> The purpose of study was to investigate the effect of low frequency low intensity pulsed electromagnetic field in treating chronic synovitis in hemophilic children .The results of study revealed significant improvement in the two group when comparing their pre and post treatment results . Significant improvement was observed in favor of the study group when comparing the post treatment results of the two groups
