N2  - This study has assessed the role of Glutathion S - transferase Pi 1 gene (GSTP 1) methylation among Egyptian patients with prostate cancer and its potential use through urinary sample analysis as a sensitive non - invasive molecular technique for early detection of prostate cancer . Fify Egyptian men were classified according to the level of serum PSA and pathological results into four groups [ A, B, C, and D ]
