<br/><br/> Excess abdominal fat is concentrated mainly in the subcutaneous and visceral fat which is more metabolically active and cause multiple health problems . CT is the best modality to diagnose obesity and to differentiate between total , subcutaneous and visceral fat . WC was the best predictor of total and subcutaneous fat areas in both sexes and for visceral fat in obese boys
