<br/><br/> The study applied on a total of seventy eight broiler houses, twenty six layer house and eighteen breeder houses were studied from May 2008 through October 2010 was carried out to investigate the biosecurity evaluation and prediction of dynamics of Al transmission. The end result revealed that1- Vaccination should not be used as one tool in a comprehensive Al control program
