<br/><br/> Hospital admission rates have been rising for several years in many developed countries, particularly in children, many of whom are admitted through emergency departments. in this study, screening and following up were done for the cases admitted to medical unit at new-children hospital in two months and that 83 cases were admitted with different diagnosis, most common were respiratory , cardiac and renal diseases
