<br/><br/> This study evaluated the effect of the flapless implant surgery versus the conventional flap technique on the soft tissue profile and the crestal bone height around the dental implant placed in the posterior mandibular region. This study was carried out on six male patients who were divided into two groups, first group received six single staged non- submerged dental implants placed by conventional flap technique while the second group received six single staged non-submerged dental implants placed by flapless implant surgery using tissue punch
