<br/><br/> Miscarriage is most common complications of pregnancy 80% of it occur in the first 12 weeks . Retained products of conception (RPOC) are a common complication after treatment of abortion and may cause pro;onged bleeding abdominal cramps and endometritis . Endovaginal sonography is nececary to confirm complete evacuation of the uterus to reduce the number of patients having a repeated surgical evacuation and then the overall number of complications can be reduced
