<br/><br/> The present study was designed to determine the efficacy of the therapeutic combination of nonsteroidal anti - inflammatory drugs ( piroxicam ) , steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs ( dexamethasone ) compared to the use of the same drugs with ( orphenadrine ) and ( cyanocobalamin ) in impacted mandibular third molar surgery in controlling the possible postodontectomy sequalae in a trial establish a suitable drug regimen that overcome , as much as possible , pain , edema and trismus that follow odontectomy of impacted mandibular third molar
