<br/><br/> Mixtures of ZnO doped with Ce₆ O₁₁ , Bi₂ O₃ , CoO and Cr₂ O₃ as additive were prepared by solid state reaction from the calcined oxides with the following proportions Ce₆ O₁₁(0.05 , 0.1 0.2 and 0.4 mo1%) Bi₂ O₃ (0.05 mo1%) CoO (0.25 mo1%) and Cr₂ O₃ (0.25 mo1%). SEM and AFM revealed the presence of inter- granular phase . Additives present in grain boundaries between ZnO grains
