<br/><br/> Total thyroidectomy is the standarad surgical treatment for differentiated thyroid carcinoma followed by radioactive iodine 131 ablation . The purpose of the study is evaluate 99m Tc - MIBI scan with and without hormonal withdrawal independently and in conjugation with 131 I scan as well as Tg level . ¹³¹ I WBS is more sensitive than ⁹⁹   Tc - MIBI
