Microscopic examination of Giemsa stained thin blood smears collected from 120 doges revealed the presence of large intra-erythrocytic Babesia parasite in 10 dogs (8.33%). An available enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used for the detection of anti-B ER -
