N2  - This investigation aimed to evaluate the protective effect of rosemary and lemon grass essential oils as antimicrobial , antioxdant and hypoglycemic agents . Rosemary and lemon grass essential oils were extracted by steam distillation method . The essential oil yield ( % ) of rosemary was in the average of 0.5-1.0 % (v/w)
