N2  - Pre - eclampsia is a medical condition where hypertension appears in pregnancy . We aimed to evaluate pregnancy induced hypertention in Kasr Elaini Hospital during study period ( 2007 - 2008 ) . The study included all cases admitted to emergency unit " section 10 " in ( 2007 - 2008 ) . The annual incidence of Pre - eclampsia in the study is about 4.3 % of pregnancy
