<br/><br/> The marine lower cretaceous rocks in north Sinai are well presented in Gebel AbuRuqum and Gebel Risan Aneiza, Northeast Maghara area, North Sinai. These aptian rocks belong to Risan Aneiza formation that unconformably overlies the pre-aptian malha formation. The aptian rocks comprising the upper 100 and 75 meters of the studied sections from Gebel AbuRuqum and Gebel Risan Aneiza respectively
