N2  - In the present thesis , A total number of 156 animals included 136 sheep and 20 goats of different ages and sexes were used . Animals were divided into two groups ; the first group ( Apparently healthy sheep and goats ) contained 34 sheep and 5 goats . The second group ( Diseased group ) included 102 sheep and 15 goats which were subdivided into 6 subgroups
