<br/><br/> This work is performed to investigate the effect of two anticoccidial druge (toltrazuril and salinomycin) on the pharmacokinetics and tissue residues of two macrolide antibiotics (tilmicosin and spiramycin) in experimentally infected broiler chickens with coccidia oocyst (50000) occyst/bird). Reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography with UV-detector (RP-HPLC-UV) was used for determining the two macrolide antibiotics concentrations in serum and tissue samples
