<br/><br/> To study the effect of autogenous bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of non union and delayed union of fractures . Altogether 30 pa ents with non union and delayed union of fractures were injected with autogenous bone marrow . Scoring for healing and correlation of healing of non union and delayed union of fractures with age , sex , smoking , site of fracture , type of fracture , presence of infection , lines of treatment before injection of autogenous bone marrow , healing time and the time between injury and autogenous bone marrow injection
