<br/><br/> A novel and effective electrochemical sensor for the determination of some catecholamine neurotransmitters of interest as well as drugs in 0.04 M universal buffer solution ( pH 7.4 ) is introduced using gold nanoparticles modified carbon paste electrode and gold nanoparticles electrodeposited on Nafion modified carbon paste electrode . The effect of various experimental parameters including , pH , scan rate and accumulation time on their voltammetric response was investigated
