Breast cancer is a major health problem in Egypt and worldwide. Its prognosis depends not only on tumor stage but also on tumor biology. The latter can be assessed through tumor histology, grade, hormone and HER2 receptors, proliferation markers and molecular subtyping. The aim of this study was to correlate the outcome of horomoce-receptor positive postmenopausal breast cancer patients receiving adjuvant tamoxifen therapy with Ki67 and p53 status
