N2  - The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of application of moist compared to dry cryotherapy on postoperative complications following lower third molar surgery . 24 patients were divided into three equal groups, group A applying dry cryotherapy (ice bag) , group B applying moist cryotherapy (ice towel) for 30 minutes every one and half hour for 48 hours while they are awake and a control group C following the surgical removal of third molar tooth
