Exercise tolerance in chronic obestructive pulmonary diseases patients has determinants that's need safe and accurate test. Was to compare between 2 min. and 6 min. walk test to assess exercise capacity in chronic obestructive pulmonary diseases. Setting and participants: Thirty men patients their age range between 50 and 60 years with moderate to sever chronic obestructive pulmonary diseases (their forced expiratory volume in first second 50% FEV₁ > 80% predicted in moderate chronic obestructive pulmonary diseases and 30% FEV₁ > 50% predicted in severe COPD and forced expiratory volume in first second per forced vital capacity FEV₁/ FVC < 70%
