Setting and participants: Thirty men patients their age range between 50 and 60 years with moderate to sever chronic obestructive pulmonary diseases (their forced expiratory volume in first second 50% {u2264} FEV₁ > 80% predicted in moderate chronic obestructive pulmonary diseases and 30% {u2264} FEV₁ > 50% predicted in severe COPD and forced expiratory volume in first second per forced vital capacity FEV₁/ FVC < 70%
