Most children with spastic diplegia easily develop genu recurvatum due to execssive activity of the calf muscles that lead to recurvatum gait . The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is difference between the proprioceptive effect of adhesive taping and postural awareness re-education of knee cage in controlling genu-recurvatum in diplegic children
