<br/><br/> The present work deals with the synthesis of some new sulfaquinoxaline derivatives in which the 4-amino group was replaced by different pharmacophoric groups as thioureido, thiourethane or different hetarocycles. The key starting compound for the synthesis of the target compounds is 4 isothiocyanato-N-quinoxalin-2-yl-benzenesulfonamide from which 26 new compounds were synthesized and their elemental analysis and spectral data (IR, ₁H-NMR, ₁₃C-NMR and mass spectroscopy) were illustrated and discussed
