<br/><br/> EVA has a greater effect on the auditory system than on the vestibular system. About 30% of the patients with EVA, in this study, experienced vestibular symptoms. The most prominent finding is increased VEMP amplitude in patients with enlarged vestibular aqueduct which indicates third window lesion
