<br/><br/> The present study was conducted to compare the biological effect of three different types of root canal sealers (Pulp Fill, Sealapex and Rokeoseal) on human periodontal ligament fibroblasts and Vero cells in vitro. The fibroblasts were obtained from the healthy adult periodontal ligaments of extracted premolars teeth from individulas who under went teeth extractions for orthodontic reasons about 20 teeth
