<br/><br/> The aim of this study was to evaluate the maxillary sinus floor elevation using the balloon technique . Eight maxillary sinuses were elevated using the ballon though the lateral wall and augmented with tri - calcium phosphate granules followed by implant placement after six months . Both clinical and radiographic evaluation was done pre-operatively , post grafting and post implant placement
