<br/><br/> The purpose of present study was to evaluate the efficacy of topical calcineurin inhibitors in the treatment of patients with symptomatic oral lichen planus both clinically and by detection of changes in CD3 expression before and after treatment. The present study was performed on a total of 20 patients who, and were arranged into two groups: Group  (A) included 10 patients suffering from atrophic OLP and Group  (B) included 10 patients suffering from erosive/ulcerative types
