<br/><br/> This work has been carried out to investigate the following points : Spectrophotometric determination of sildenafil citrate (SILC) via ion - pair formation . This includes the utility of some dyestuff reagents namely bromothymol blue (BTB), bromophenol blue (BPN) and eriochrome blue black R (EBBR) for estimation of SILC in pure and pharmaceutical preparations. These reactions are applied for determination of SILC drug in its pharmaceutical preparaions
