<br/><br/> Cells receive stimulation from the environment and must respond to them properly by transferring the signal from the cell surface to nuleus. Among the most important enzymes that play a major role in signal transduction are the Mitogen Activated Protein Kinases (MAPKs). MAPKs activity is controlled through three-tiered cascade composed of MAPK, MAP2K and MAP3K
