<br/><br/> 52 bacterial isolates were obtained from 3 different sources ; commercial cow milk , commercial yougurt and agricultural soil , all of them cultivated on 2 - media to isolate and purify then they were screened. Isolate no. 12 was the most active so the further investigation starting from the bacterial identification morphologically and physiologically , it may be Bacillus subtilis , it was intracellular enzyme
