<br/><br/> The Bardawil Lagoon is a natural lagoon located along the northern coast of Sinai . It is connected to the Mediterrananean Sea through two artificial manmade inlets . Due to relatively small tidal range along the north coast , the water exchange between the lagoon and the Mediterrananean Sea is relatively poor due to coastal sediment motion that might lead to the closure of either inlet at some occasions
