N2  - This research aimed to identify the main causes of disputes in medium , large and mega project in construction project in Egypt from the point of view of contractors , engineers and employers with respect to the procurement methodolgy . The results analysis concluded that to reduce conflicts , procurement methodology (Design Build/Lump Sum) is the most appropriate for commercial projects in Egypt ; the same has been obtained for real estate projects
