<br/><br/> The study was done one eighty subjects selected from the employee of Kasr Alaini school of medicine after their agreement on an informed consent . Those subjects had different risk factors of atherosclerosis . The higher levels of plasma apolipoprotein B, lower levels of apolipoprotein A - 1 and increased ratio of apo B to apo A -1 are considered to be an independent risk factors for atherosclerosis
