<br/><br/> Xanthelasms is a common disfiguring condition, which can be difficult to treat. It consists of soft yellowish plaques most commonly at the medial canthus of the eyelid bilaterally, more often on the upper than the lower lid. Various treatments have been reported previously with varying degree of success. Laser treatment of xanthelasma is now the treatment of choice
