The statistical study of  record values with Chandler (1952) and now spread in different directions . A growing interest in estimation and prediction of record values has arisen in last two decades . Bayesian and non - Bayesian prediction for the s{u036D}{u036D} {u036A}  future lower record values are obtained based on the first (m + 1) lower record values and two parameters Inverse Wiebull distribution
