The use of a continuous knotless technique for perineal repair is associated with less time of wound suturing perineal pain at 48 hours sixth day and tenth day need for pain killers and lower VAS scores than techniques with interrupted sutures . Indeed the introduction of a continuous suturing policy would provid more comfortability less suturing materials less time for repair less pain killers consumption and less need for removal of suture material than the interrupted method of repair
