<br/><br/> This cross-sectional study aimed to measure the serm level of zinc and copper in patients with juvenile systemic lupus erythematosus (JSLE) correlate the levels of zinc and copper with the disease activity and correlate the levels of zinc and copper with the type of treatment . The study was done on 30 patients already diagnosed clinically with JSLE and was followed - up at the Rheumatology Outpatient Clinic Children's Hospital Cairo University
